Staff Baltimore Business Journal The redeveloped Maryland House travel plaza in Harford County along Interstate 95 will open between October and December, members of the state House Appropriations Committee were told at a briefing in Annapolis on Tuesday. Meanwhile, a newly constructed Chesapeake House is expected to be completed between June and September 2014, capping a combined $56 million replacement of the two travel plazas, Harold Bartlett, executive secretary of the Maryland Transportation Authority, told lawmakers.
