Staff Baltimore Business Journal The Maryland Court of Appeals has cleared the way for the redevelopment of an 11-acre tract in Baltimore's Remington neighborhood to move ahead, allowing for the opening of a Walmart store and other businesses as part of a mixed-use project known as 25th Street Station, the Baltimore Sun reported. The court ruled that two people who filed objections to the redevelopment project are not eligible to appeal the Baltimore City Council's decision to grant zoning approval, thus allowing the project to move ahead after several years of delay.
