The nearly 19-acre property includes an 18-foot deep quarry lake, stream, indoor and outdoor pools, and pavilions. The owners of the club want to sell the site and retire, said Jamie Condon, a family member of the owners. The swim club, which opened in 1950, has been closed to the public for about a year. A.J.
