The San Francisco company closed on the purchase of 6675 Amberton Drive and 6660 Santa Barbara Road on June 12. The two industrial distribution buildings contain 349,000 square feet and sit on 17.9 acres. The properties are 64 percent leased to seven tenants. Both buildings were sold by Fund VI Kaiser I and III LLC, according to state property records.
