Staff Baltimore Business Journal Ticket fees in Baltimore could soon go down if legislation introduced on Monday by City Councilman Carl Stokes passes. But Stokes admits his bill could have little effect on total ticket prices in the city. Stokes' "Ticket Sales — Consumer Protections" bill proposes capping surcharges on tickets purchased for events in Baltimore.
